1. Bulgur with chicken and pine nuts
Bulgur with lentils, fried onion and gherkins
3. Butterflies (pasta) with lentils, fried onion, fresh coriander, pomegranate and toast.
BIS OF SECOND COURSES
1. Zucchini stuffed with minced meat, pine nuts, yogurt cream and rice aside
2. Cauliflower in broth with fresh coriander, rice and minced meat (if not vegan)
DESSERT
1. Semolina with yogurt and sugar
